The Sales of Fixed Price and Buy it Now items on eBay are covered under The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
Please Note: That the CCR’s do not automatically apply to all other sales formats & goods. Made to Measure items (such as LENGTHS OF FABRIC CUT TO BUYERS SPECIFICATIONS) may not be covered under CCR’s. These are classed as bespoke items as they are cut specifically from the roll to a specified length of the purchasers choice. Consumers cannot automatically cancel an order if it is for a made to measure item, unless the seller has agreed to a cancellation of the contract. Or there is a fault or error with any item received. Please Note: Colour or Finish preference is not a fault.
Please examine your purchase thoroughly before use to check for any faults and let us know prior to using it. Once a product (i.e. fabric) has been cut and used then we are not able to accept a return in the case of a fault.
Our returns policy complies with CCR’s and any return must be agreed with Seller prior to return. Any goods not returned in saleable condition within 30 days of receipt will not be refunded. We are not automatically obliged to refund outgoing shipping costs and in the case of a return due to the buyer wishing to return a purchase that is not faulty or defected it is their responsibility for any return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. This is in compliance with both eBay, PayPal and the legislation outlined in the CCR’s.
It is the purchasers responsibility to provide accurate delivery addresses. If your address has recently changed then please make sure that you specify this at time of purchase. We will ship to the addresses provided to us by PayPal unless otherwise agreed. In the event that we ship to an inaccurate address or you have provided an inaccurate address or postcode, we accept no responsibility whatsoever for the loss.
The majority of our packages are sent via a ‘SIGNED for COURIER SERVICE’. In the event that you are not available to accept delivery of the sent package the driver will leave a card they may attempt delivery for a second time. It may then be returned to the depot for collection or to a local Post Office ready for collection. You must call the number on the card left or go online within approximately 7 working days to re-book a delivery or arrange a collection, or the parcel will be Returned to Sender. If the parcel is Returned to Sender, then additional shipping for the item to be despatched again will be required and the cost of which will be the responsibility of the buyer.
The shipping costs stated are for MAINLAND UK buyers ONLY (unless specified below). If you are wishing to purchase from outside the UK or from the areas below then please contact us first prior to purchase for a shipping quote. Unfortunately we may be unable to offer the same P&P costs to the following areas and postcodes ……. Next Day & 48 Hour delivery are not guaranteed services but every effort will be made to achieve this when applicable. In any instance where this is not able to be adhered to then we are not responsible for any consequential loss or damage that this missed delivery causes.
