It is an exceptional quality MOCHA / MILK CHOCOLATE (A Pale Brown Colour)– STYLISH JUMBO CORD UPHOLSTERY FABRIC – A luxurious & soft heavyweight fabric it is ideal for a multitude of upholstery & furnishing projects. We are limited with regards to stock so please be quick because fabrics like this have sold very promptly in the past.
This appears to have a Fire Retardant backing too.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE: The longer the length of fabric purchased the more chance there is of there being a fault within the piece. Rather than supply your fabric in more than one piece we will add an additional half metre if one is found. Please do not worry though this is a rare occurence.
